Tips: *Dry soy powder can be substituted for soy milk. Replace 1 cup vanilla soy milk with 1/4 cup soya powder, 1 cup water and 3/4 teaspoon vanilla. This recipe can easily be doubled. Apples recommended for this recipe include Braeburn, Red Delicious or Gala. Nutrition Facts:
