Better'n Eggs® Recipe,

Seasoned bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese create a delicious breading for this quick-fix light dinner or tasty snack.

Preparation: 10 minutes  
Time-To-Table: 25 minutes  
Serving Size: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (4 ounces) Better'n Eggs®
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Crystal Farms® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package (14 ounces) chicken tenders
Better'n Eggs


Instructions:
    1. Heat oven to 375° F. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In shallow bowl combine Better'n Eggs and pepper sauce; mix well. In second shallow bowl combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and salt; mix well.

    2. Dip each chicken tender in Better'n Eggs mixture then in bread mixture. Place on prepared baking pan.

    3. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once during baking.
