Pomegranate Berry Protein Smoothie

Enjoy a tart, tangy energy boost, high in potassium, with 17 grams of protein. Pomegranate and mixed berries are loaded with nature's most powerful antioxidants.

Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup AllWhites®
  • 6 ounces 100% pomegranate juice*
  • 1 container (6 ounces) nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries**

Instructions:
    Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.

    Tips:

    *Pomegranate juice is typically sold in the ready-to-drink beverage section of your grocery store or the produce section.
