Raspberry Peach Lemonade Protein Smoothie

Creamy peach yogurt and luscious raspberries are a refreshing combination, high in Vitamin C, with 18 grams of protein.

Preparation: 5 minutes  
Time-To-Table: 5 minutes  
Serves: 1 (16 ounces)
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup AllWhites®
  • 1/2 cup refrigerated lemonade
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries*
  • 1 container (6 ounces) nonfat peach yogurt

Instructions:
    Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.

    *Tips:

    Do not thaw frozen raspberries

    For a slushier smoothie blend in 1/2 cup ice.

    This recipe can easily be doubled.
