Strawberry Kiwi Pear Protein Smoothie

This smoothie is naturally sweet and delightfully fruity with 18 grams of protein. For an extra boost of flavor and vitamin C, add fresh squeezed orange juice. Kiwi has 20% more potassium than a banana and twice the vitamin C of an orange. Strawberries are rich in vitamin C and cancer-fighting antioxidants.

Preparation: 5 minutes  
Serves: 1 (16 ounces)
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup AllWhites®
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 kiwi peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 1 pear (medium sized) peeled, chopped
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 container (6 ounces) nonfat strawberry yogurt

Instructions:
    Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.

    Tip: This recipe can easily be doubled.
