Peaches & Cream Protein Smoothie

Imagine the flavors of fresh, summer peaches and dairy cream. Peaches are loaded with vitamins A and C. Frozen peaches work best for a thick and creamy consistency. 20 grams of protein per serving!

Preparation: 15 minutes  
Serves: 1- 12 ounce serving
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peeled, sliced peaches
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/3 cup AllWhites®
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup low-fat or fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt

Instructions:
    In small bowl sprinkle fruit with sugar. Let stand 10 minutes to sweeten. Combine sweetened fruit, AllWhites, milk and frozen yogurt in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.

    Tip: This recipe can easily be doubled
