Basil & Tomato Scrambled Eggs

Just a few fresh ingredients like basil and tomatoes can really take your scrambled eggs beyond the ordinary.

Crystal Farms® Better'n Eggs® Plus

Substitutions:

*Tips: For best results seed tomatoes to minimize moisture in the scrambled eggs.

**Substitute ½ teaspoon salt.
Instructions:
    Spray 10-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add Better'n Eggs® Plus. Cook 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until Add Better'n Eggs® Plus are set but still moist. Top with tomatoes, basil and garlic salt. Stir gently to mix. Cook until heated through.
