Basil, Tomato and Cheese Scrambled Eggs

Delicate herbs and Mozzarella cheese add bright flavor to this quick and healthy 10-minute breakfast recipe.

Preparation: 10 minutes  
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 2 cups (16 ounces) AllWhites®
  • 1 cup (1 large) chopped tomato*
  • 1/2 cup Crystal Farms® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt with parsley**

Tips:

* For best results seed tomatoes to minimize moisture in the scrambled eggs.

**Substitute 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt if garlic salt with parsley is not available.
Instructions:
    Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add AllWhites. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until AllWhites are set but still moist. Top with tomatoes, cheese, basil and garlic salt. Stir gently to mix. Cook until heated through.
